My Classroom

This is my classroom. It was kind of a mess when I inherited it, but I’ve spent the last four months fixing it up and giving it a little bit more of my personality. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m quite happy with how it’s turned out so far.

I’ve dreamed about having my own classroom for the last two years, so it is a dream come true to finally have it. It’s a space that I can call my own and whenever I step into it, it’s like being in a bubble where I don’t have to think about anything else other than teaching. It has been my safe zone ever since I started this new adventure and I love it. 😊

  1. Every time I read your stories, I am reminded of Auntie Ludy, my dad’s youngest sister—one of the best teachers in UP, when the University was at its prime. She was an English professor and considered a “terror”, but anyone who survived her class was grateful to have been in her class (looking back). So glad you are in a safe and happy place.
